We booked a king room, and it had fantastic facilities. the staff were really nice and gave us some great recommendations. Plus, the location of this place was unbeatable and just perfect! 🌟.

the rooms are quiet, reasonably spacious, and come with a balcony, complimentary wi-fi, and many windows. absolutely fantastic, wonderful breakfasts, everyone can find something.

Pleasant hotel with IDEAL location in particular because of the beauty of the Ruegen island, and the breakfast was wonderful. Location: the venue was not far from the Restaurant, the bar and the breakfast area and the beach right in front of the hotel, the shopping street around the corner and lot of restaurants within walking distance.

I had a great overall experience at Travel Charme Kurhaus Binz. the service was good, and the atmosphere was both pleasant and quirky. the breakfast was perfect and offered a variety of meals. I enjoyed a magnificent view of the sea from my reasonably large room. the staff was extremely friendly and demonstrated excellent attention to detail. the location is fantastic for exploring nearby bars and cafes. Plus, the food in the nearby a la carte restaurant was fabulous!

I highly appreciated the way my old dog (18) has been treated, the hotel is really dog welcome. Furthermore the location is perfect, in the town centre and just in front of the beach. Breakfast is unforgettable. The staff is very kind.

The hotel has style, the location is perfect, the rooms and suites are luxurious, the spa and pool are large, the breakfast buffet is marvelous, the staff is very friendly and helpful

The restaurant is great, location wise, but in three nights we never really found the menu fully to our liking. The food sounded fancy, but there was always something that didn't fit. But that maybe just our special taste. Given that Binz with few exceptions is culinary not yet a very strong location, this comes a bit as a deficiency.

Had a memorable stay in September, the room was comfy with a gorgeous view of the Baltic Sea.

The breakfast was delicious and perfect, and the double room was neat. the area is very nice, with a central location right by the Boulevard and the beach just in front of the hotel. the shopping street is only around the corner, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the restaurant, bar, and breakfast area are great, along with the promenade in the heart of the resort. It's also just a 15-minute drive from the View Heathrow Observation Deck.

Disappointing room facilities, uncomfortable bed. The room was small and lacked basic amenities such as coffee/tea making facilities.

Here, we experienced a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities including a heated indoor pool, a wide range of beauty treatments and a stunning sun terrace. the service provided was exceptional and the staff were accommodating. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and main street for shopping. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and had the option for in-room breakfast.

The only minor issue we encountered was the air conditioning in the room. Despite setting it to the lowest temperature, the room didn't cool down as much as expected.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful! Pillow service, choice of pillow based on how you sleep. Location, in the middle of Binz, right on the beach & the main street. Pool & wellness area, clean, broad offer of sauna's and a very cool pool! Room & balcony, comfortable, clean, nice balcony. Breakfast, all you could wish for buffet with friendly service.

Couldn't fault.

We enjoyed beautiful walks in the surrounding area and had great food. the room and bathroom were tidy and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast buffet was simply amazing, offering plenty of food options to choose from. We also enjoyed the facilities such as the spa and large pool that added to our relaxing holiday.

That the hotel did not offer a free shuttle service to the nearest train station.
